Article Processing Charges (APCs)
- Submission and Peer Review: There is no fee for submitting a manuscript or undergoing peer review. These steps are entirely free of charge.
- Publication Fee for Accepted Articles: Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 500,000 IDR applies. This fee helps cover the costs associated with journal management, editing, production, and open-access hosting to ensure that every article is freely accessible to readers around the globe.
Waiver Policy
We understand that funding can be a challenge, particularly for researchers in low-resource settings or those without institutional support. Andalasian Livestock offers a waiver option for authors who may face financial difficulty in covering the APC. We encourage any author in need of support to request a waiver during the submission process; waiver applications are reviewed confidentially, with fairness and empathy. Importantly, we do not refuse to publish accepted articles solely based on an author’s inability to pay the APC.
